UV RESISTANT SELF ADHESIVE FLASHING BITUMINOUS TAPE
SUPER SILVER STRIP is a cold applied, self adhesive bituminous sealing tape comprising polymer based bitumen, laminated to a thin strip of pre painted aluminium film reinforced with polyester and protected with a removable silicon release film. It is pressure sensitive, UV resistant, easy to apply and bonds to a variety of building materials to form an instant, permanent and water tight seal. It is used for waterproofing and sealing roofs, flat roofs, sandwich panels, cracks and gaps, joints of pipes and gutters in civil and industrial building and other repair works.
AREA OF APPLICATION :
• Protection of metals, plastics, asbestos/fiber cement roofs, flat roofs and coverings in general
• Sealing window frames, door fittings and skylights, parapets, constructions features, glass and plastic structures
• Repairing tiles, gutters, bituminous membranes, paved surfaces , metals tubes/pipes/plate or asbestos/fiber cement
