Super Mulsion HI-TECK

SUPER MULSION HI-TECK (PC 1888) is a specially designed emulsion based cold mix binder with added adhesion promoters and is a low to moderate viscosity emulsion binder having slow setting characteristics suitable for applications of Cold OGPC-Seal Coat, MSS, BM-SDBC eliminating heating and using converted HMP. SUPER MULSION HI-TECK can be use for construction and maintenance of roads in all weather condition. This binder gives good results with clean and medium dusty aggregates having fine content as per applications.
