ANTISTRIPPING AGENT FOR ASPHALT MIX (AMINE TYPE)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : SUPER GRIP (PC 1188) is a performance-improving additive for an asphalt mix that provides mix moisture damage resistance and reduces stripping of asphalt from the aggregate surface. SUPER GRIP is added directly to the asphalt and used to design mixes that conform to typical specifications. it is a superior grade anti stripping agent specifically formulated to provide permanent remedy to premature failure of flexible pavements caused by non availability of good quality of aggregates and improper drainage system by enhancing the adhesion of aggregates and ensuring long life ofall types of asphalted pavements.
AREA OF APPLICATION :
SUPER GRIP can be used forthe purposes:-
• For Bituminous Surfacing (Sprayed Work) It covers road construction like surface dressing, penetration macadam, built up spray grout, etc.
• For Bituminous Surfacing (Premixed Surfacing) It covers bituminous surfacings like open graded premix carpet, bituminous macadam, semidense asphaltic concrete and dense asphaltic concrete.
• SUPER GRIP is very effective in high rainfall regions, areas with poor aggregate-bitumen affinity and poor drainage systems. Compatible with most asphalt including those modified with SBR, SBS, EVA polymers, and the ground tire rubber
• Compatible with various mineralogies including granite, diabase, diorite, basalt, chert, limestone, dolomite, marble, sandstone, slag, recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and Recycled Asphalt Shingles (RAS)
