SHELL MICROCRETE (PC 2144) is a high performance repairing concrete and is a versatile, one part, and patching compound for repair project of all types. It requires only addition of water. SHELL MICROCRETE is a high strength material, which is easy to use with an extended working time for case of placement. A specially prepared ready to use grey powder high strength-concrete which has micro fine aggregate and ability to penetrate into the recesses of concrete members and behind the reinforcement of the number under repair. The material is based on Portland cements, graded aggregates and fillers, and additives which impact controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimising water demand. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability.

AREA OF APPLICATION :
SHELL MICROCRETE can be used for repairing of parking decks, floor toppings, joint repairs, equipment bases, pedestals, pavements. Repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements like beams, columns, wall, etc. where access is restricted and compaction is not possible. For jacketing of RCC columns to increase load-taking capacity (strengthening of a vertical members).
