SHELLOXY LR 100
ShellOxy LR 100 (PC 2224) is a specified high built two component polymer based coating specifically formulated for application in tunnels, subways and underpasses. The ShellOxy LR 100 has great grip and anti-static qualities, and because of its superior performance and longevity, it has been widely used on concrete structure. ShellOxy LR 100 offers a non- glaring, light-reflective, protective coating that can help with easy cleaning and effective illumination. The coating material is resistant to chemical degradation in environments with high sulfur content, such as those found in automobiles.

APPLICATION METHODOLOGY
SURFACE PREPARATION: Substrates shall be clean, sound and free from contaminants such as oil, grease, moss, algae, dust and any existing loose or flaking paintwork. Concrete surfaces shall be fully cured and free from laitance, mould release oils and curing compounds. Do not apply at temperature below 2° C. and Relative humidity above 90%. Apply two or more coats with ShellOxy
LR 100. It dries within 8 hours and reaches optimum hardness after 7 days. Apply by brush (small areas only), rolleror spray gun.
