Job Description: · Direct & lead the project team for smooth delivery of project with qualitative execution, delivery of projects on time within budget, by implementing safety & quality standards along with process adherence.
1. Planning & execution of resources like manpower, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors & clients for al projects and contracts.
2. Design input, coordination, planning, execution, monitoring and liaison with various departments related to projects allotted by reporting authority.
3. Mobilization of resources and its optimum utilization, risk assessment with overall site administration
4. You have to timely report to CEO/Director about ongoing and new projects and work progress of same.
Eligibility Criteria: Experience and specialization in Research & Development of Construction Chemicals such as Admixtures, Liquid Membranes, Cementitious and PU coatings, Epoxy and Polysulphide Sealants, Curing Compounds, Dry Mortars, Emulsions, Hardeners etc.
Location: Based in Nagpur (will have to work on site PAN India location as & when required)
