Responsible for developing overall Bituminous Product line and Construction Chemical business on behalf of Supreme Group world-wide. Responsibilities include strategic marketing of the business group of waterproofing and roofing membranes, joint sealants and bonding adhesives, profitability and sales (value selling), marketing initiatives, new product launch, Product Line Simplification (PLS), general sales management through line function (Sales Managers), Key Project Management, strategic business decisions for the product group related to Business Partners, Applicators, Route to market, product positioning and branding.
The competence lies in the fields of: Waterproofing Systems, Bitumen membrane, Construction chemicals, Restoration Admixtures and Surface Treatment, Building and Construction Joint Sealants, Grouts and Epoxy coating.
Managing overall strategic and marketing planning along with central procurement, financial management, supply chain processes including planning, sourcing and central technical competence and support for almost 20 years.
