In order to make Supreme Group the best place to work at, we have been conducting the Vex up Employee Engagement Survey once in two years to check the pulse of the organization. The outcome of the survey is discussed at the organizational as well as functional levels and any weak area identified in the survey is acted upon to plug the gaps. In view of our efforts to enhance employee value proposition, we have refurbished our new employee on-boarding process with a focused approach towards integrating new employees into the company. Quick settling down time leading to enhanced productivity, increased engagement and retention of new employees has been the key drivers towards this initiative. To assist new employees with the right information about the organization, an SGI Induction platform is designed to assist their post recruitment process. This opportunity is available to all new employees on the date of their joining and has information about the company’s policies & practices. It not only helps in transmitting standardized information about the Supreme Group to all new employees but also helps in taking the first step towards building a relationship with them.
Employee Safety Observation and Surveillance is an on-going activity at the company’s manufacturing units. We also believe in workmen’s participation in decision making through various committees where representative of workmen are active members and part of the overall processes like Safety Committee, Employee Engagement Committee, Mission Directed Team, Employee Suggestion Scheme and Reward & Recognition Scheme at Manufacture unit.
